PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 3PM EST (excluding holidays), We generally ship our orders within 2-4 business days of order placement.
Orders received on weekdays after 3pm EST, weekend days or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All domestic shipments include online tracking, once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation, which will include applicable tracking code or confirmation information. You can also locate your tracking number on the My Orders page of your Account. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking code please check your spam folder. If you're still having trouble contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send one to you.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
Some of Burgundy Assemblage shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Burgundy Assemblage insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York.
Dependent on the destination of the package. Carrier will automatically be determined at checkout dependent on the final destination.
TAX & DUTIES
Purchaser is responsible for all taxes and duties. Burgundy Assemblage is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Once BA has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
If you refuse a shipment from BA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

Please note that because of Covid-19 situation we reverted our shipping locations. instead of shipping from NYC, we ship from Shanghai and Taipei studios. So if you have a shipping address that is outside of the those locations the import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority.
You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check if changes can still be made to your order. This is possible only if the package is still in our hands. If the package has been picked up, it is not possible to make any changes.
Orders with a total value above 250 USD will be shipped free. If your order value is less than this amount, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We ship from multiple locations. NYC, Shanghai & Taipei. depends on the order origin and the availability of the products. For this reason, orders with multiple items may be “split,” i.e., shipped from more than one location. In this instance, your shipment confirmation e-mail will contain two tracking numbers.
From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions. To receive email updates about our upcoming promotions, sign up to our mailing list. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order on the payment page.

We want you to love your product. If for some reason you don't love it, don't worry, most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Burgundy Assemblage tags still attached.
